Under Snow...

The garden is sleeping under several feet of snow while we are busy paging through seed catalogs and mapping out where each crop will go. We hope to focus on several main crops that we have had success with while having a few test plots on which we will try out a few new planting/growing methods, namely wide rows and rake thinning. Our first batch of chicks will be arriving in 2 weeks and we should be licensed to sell eggs at the market by March. Soon we'll be trimming the raspberry bushes so we'll have as bountiful a crop as last year.
